NZ-200 embedded composite fiber delivers flexible crack resistance to offset wall shrinkage and thermal deformation, eliminating cracking risks for thick stone paint and texture finishes. It reaches 0.8MPa standard bond strength and 0.6MPa post-water bond strength, firmly locked on concrete and brick substrates to resist long-term wind, rain and temperature fluctuation. Its vapor-permeable structure releases internal wall moisture to avoid coating bulging and peeling, forming a stable durable base layer for exterior decorative systems.
Equipped with long-acting bacteriostatic additives, NZ-200 achieves Class 0 mildew inhibition, permanently stopping mold and algae breeding on damp exterior walls, solving the common facade dark staining problem of coastal and rainy-area buildings. Excellent 96h water resistance and 48h alkali resistance keep the putty layer intact under salt fog, rainwater and alkaline concrete efflorescence, perfectly matching the harsh weather demands of seaside villas and high-rise residential facades.
Standard mixing ratio 25kg powder with 7–8kg water, stir and mature for 5 mins before use, all slurry must be finished within 2 hours. Construct in two thin coats with single thickness ≤1.5mm and total thickness controlled under 2mm; sand after full 24–48h semi-drying, and wait 3–7 days complete curing before topcoating stone paint. New cement walls require 21 days curing and concrete walls 28 days prior to application, with substrate moisture below 10% and pH<10. Factory pre-blended single-component powder avoids random admixture errors, stable batch quality for large-scale exterior facade projects.
