LANGUAN 690 universal water-based interface agent works as a priming treatment for wall and floor substrates before follow-up finishing construction. It consolidates loose bases, seals voids, balances uneven water absorption and creates strong bonding layers to prevent peeling, hollowing and cracking of subsequent mortar, self-leveling and decorative layers.
Applicable for various interior wall & floor bases with matched dilution proportions:
Dense smooth bases (precast concrete, polished mortar, compact wood boards): Undiluted or 1:0.5 water ratio
Terrazzo, tile, sandstone & dense slabs for self-leveling: Undiluted or 1:0.5
Standard concrete slabs (floors/ceilings): 1:1
Porous cement mortar for waterproofing/self-leveling: 1:3
Dense concrete walls for gypsum plaster: 1:3
Cement fiberboard & gypsum layers for surface coating: 1:3 It serves pre-treatment for tile sticking, self-leveling, plaster smoothing and substrate pore sealing across residential & commercial renovation.
Apply evenly with brush or short-nap roller and wait fully dry before next construction; clean all tools with clean water before product curing. Wear gloves and goggles during operation to prevent skin/eye irritation; rinse eyes with plenty of water and seek medical help once splashed, keep away from children. Packed in 20L pails, unopened shelf life reaches 24 months stored indoors in cool, dry and frost-free environment.
